All Sales Are Final
At GoalHub, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. As such, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect or defective due to an error on our part.
Returns Due to Our Error
If you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, a photo of the incorrect or defective item.

Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the error. If the item is found to be incorrect or defective, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.
